What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order contents. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe processes them directly. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment data; see their privacy policy for details.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Your cart is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device until you check out.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Contact messages are deleted once the conversation is finished.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@secretsockciety.com and we'll respond within one month.
