Shipping rates

• Netherlands — € 4,35, delivered in 1–2 business days.
• Belgium — € 6,95, delivered in 2–3 business days.
• Europe — € 10,75, delivered in 3–7 business days.
• United Kingdom — € 12,95, delivered in 4–9 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over € 34,00.

Orders are dispatched from the Netherlands. Designs marked "coming soon" aren't for sale yet — leave your email on one and we'll write to you when it's ready.

Returns

Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, starting the day you receive your order. Unworn socks in their original packaging can be returned within that window for a full refund of the item price.

For hygiene reasons we can't accept socks that have been worn or washed, unless the pair is faulty. If something arrives damaged or defective, email us — we'll sort it out and cover the return cost.

To start a return, email contact@secretsockciety.com with your order number. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we'll inspect it and refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty socks

We reinforce heels and toes so our socks last. If a pair fails early through no fault of your own, get in touch — we'd genuinely like to know, and we'll make it right.
